To Begin:

Insalata Verde, mustard, garlic, basil

or

Whipped Ricotta Crostino, local honey, garden mint, sea salt

or

Blistered Shishito Peppers, bottarga, lemon


Small:

Roasted Heirloom Carrots, capers, feta, dill

Crispy Maitake Mushroom, parmigiano fonduta, crispy garlic, marjoram

Tuna Crudo, blood orange, pistachio, calabrian chilies, mint


Entree:

Spaghetti al Limone, toasted pine nuts, parmigiano, lemon
